As an Adjunct Professor of Graduate Business for the University of Phoenix Paul holds dual Masters Degrees in Business Administration and Industrial/Organizational Psychology.
Over the span of his career, Paul has interfaced and consulted to executives and managers to many Fortune 100 companies. Paul’s principles to successful consulting and coaching are to develop realistic solutions based on the needs of his clients. This requires a partner relationship between consultant/coach and the client to assess needs, identify issues and working together towards meaningful results.

Sherry Ulasien, is a dedicated, success-driven professional with more than 20 years of progressive background in training and developing employees in fast paced and competitive industries.
She is a highly knowledgeable, skilled, and accomplished consultant with extensive knowledge in planning, organizing, and directing a wide-range of training activities.
Sherry is a known strategist in authoring text- and computer-based training materials, and exhibits comprehensive knowledge in multimedia and Internet/Intranet technology as learning mediums. She also demonstrates advanced expertise in project management and enterprise-level training rollouts.
Sherry holds a Master of Science in Business Management.
